Our residents can eat delightful with us in the evening.
Regional and supraregional delicacies as well as unusual and creative food from best products, determine ours expandedly kitchen with home-made delicacies.

We serve at "la Grande-Table" in French-B&B-Tradition - and of course also at individual tables if requested.

At approximately 8:00 PM we serve a 3 course menu for a charge of 46,00 Euro per person. Including: apéritif and amuse bouche, starter, dish of the day, cheese or dessert, local wine, coffee or tea.

If you would like to dine on the evening of your arrival, please notify us on the morning two days before. Please inform us if there is anything you do not like to eat.

If you do not like our offer together with the dinner, of course we have a corresponding choice of aperitifs, regional wines, degistives and champagnes - not to forget the Gascon Armagnac and Floc which you can select to pay in supplement for an small additional charge.

If you select 'wine a la carte' the menu-price each person is 36,00 Euro.

Fresh of the market on the plate:
A coloured mixture of market stalls dailyl ures on one of the regional markets in the surrounding villages. Numerous small farmers offer their fresh slaughters next to the large suppliers just as fruit, vegetables and flowers which them have reaped in the garden in the early morning.
The flavours mix with the most seductive smells of freshly baked breads, handmade cheeses and small, warm dainties.

The regions around the Gers are the larders of the European leading cooks and also determine our menu:
°the Gers - with its poultry specialities- fois gras, confits from ducks or geese, the special cows 'Blondes d'Aquitaine', the melons from Lectoure ....
°the Basque region - with the black pigs, the bacon from Bayonne, the Brebis (an exquisite cheese out of milk of the mother sheep) or the mild peppers from Espelette,
°the region Landes - the most marvellous vegetables, and the area St. Sever - with the unique chickens which freely live in the woods
°the Perigord - with the black truffles and the walnuts and around Agen with the unique plums
°the near Atlantic - with the fresh seafood
