Welcome in the Gers at Gascony

Wild orchids in spring, Millions of sunflowers in summer and shiner covered meadows in autumn emphasizing the attraction of a far hill panorama which nestle in numerous charming and historical villages and sights and that offers at clear days a view to the snow-covered peaks of the Pyrenees.

A mild, sun rich climate and an intact nature of overwhelming variety, a lot of leisure time and sport facilities and of course the numerous culinary delicacies make this region an ideal holiday area.

The village of Montesquiou, a Bastide foundet in the 13th century, is located on a hill in the southwest region of France, not far away ftom Toulouse, in the historical Gascony - the land of the Musquetiere D'Artagnan - in today's department Gers.

Our charming guesthouse (B&B) is located on he quiet edge of the village, adjacent to the medieval wall of defense, directly next to the fortified gate and a few meters behindt the old church.

The style of of our house is a harmonious blend of tradition and the spirit of today.

By uniting houses next to each other from the 15th and 19th centuries we get a generous and very charming ensemble.

Efficiency and comfort, as well with a mixture of designer furniture, antiques and modern art - all with high aesthetic qualitiy - combine to create a restful atmosphere and an inspiring ambience in our house.

Three sitting-rooms on the ground floor provide ample space for our guests if weather or mood demands that they stay inside.
You also have free Wireless Internet access (WLAN / WIFI) inside the house and the garden.
